Delivery Costs

An Post is our delivery provider for Ireland.

An Post is the initial delivery provider for International Orders. Follow on courier details will be provided.

Delivery Cost depends on delivery address location and order weight.

All deliveries include a tracking number so delivery can be monitored by both the customer and us

 

Delivery Discounts

Free delivery on all island Ireland orders over €150

Free delivery on European orders over €250

Free delivery on all outside Europe orders over €300

Changes to Delivery Address

In the event you need to change your delivery address this must be communicated to us by email at sales@tommysmodels.com

Please note additional delivery charges maybe incurred for change in delivery location.  

Once an order has dispatched, we will endeavor to update this address, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Updating the address on your account will not change pre-ordered delivery address requests.

 

Am I able to track my parcel?

If your parcel is being delivered to an Irish address, yes you can.

Once you have placed your order with us, you're able to track your parcel from the minute it leaves our warehouse.

  • We will email you once your parcel leaves our warehouse with a tracking link for An Post

  • You can then track your parcel via the following An Post link:

I was out when my order was meant to be delivered, how do I rearrange delivery?

No problem, An Post have a parcel re delivery and / or redirection option on their website – from An Post:

‘We will try to deliver to the address at least once, if there is no one available to accept the parcel we will leave you a “sorry we missed you!” notice explaining how to get it. This will explain the options to collect the parcel from one of our locations or you can arrange a redelivery online. If you're not going to be at home, you can avoid missing a delivery by setting a safe spot up. This can be a safe, dry place out of view or a neighbour. Sign up now at anpost.com/signup to set a safe spot.’

 

I haven’t received the goods I ordered yet. Where are they?

Please refer to An Post tracking section to see the current status of your delivery.

If goods not received within 5 working days of receipt of tracking number from Tommys Models, please email us at sales@tommysorders.com

 

Can I order goods to a delivery address different to my home address:

Yes, you can set a separate delivery address when you checkout.

Delivery charges and where relevant VAT exemptions are guided by the delivery address you choose.
